EMT Intermediate Class- STARTS MARCH 11, 2008!    

This class will teach the EMT-B how to initiate Intravenous fluid therapy, draw blood for analysis, advanced assessment skills, and a review of the basics of patient care. It will NOT contain the intubation module or the defibrillation module.  

Who can take the course?  Any EMT who wishes to advance to the next level of certification. You do not have to be certified to start the course but you must be certified as an EMT-B before challenging the state examination.

Where is the class to be held?  CCEMS station 2 Classroom @ 140 S. 69 HWY north of Frontenac

When is the class?  Tues. and Thurs. Evening 1800-2100

How much is the class?  $300.00 due by April 1, 2008.

 This does not include the KSBEMS and regional testing fees. These will be $50 each due at the time of examination after the class conclusion.
